A Wisconsin-based company specializing in equipment, tools, tents, and party rentals was looking to replace their old flooring system with a more durable solution for their clients’ indoor and outdoor events. They sought a versatile, quick-to-install system. A system that would create a professional, safe environment for both guests and staff at a wide variety of events.
“They have used all other flooring systems in the past,” said Versare Flooring Director of International Business Development Doug Mark. “They were looking to try something new and something that will last.” They selected EverBase 4 and tested its strength, durability, and ease of installation with the Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival, a celebration of music, moto-culture, and Milwaukee.
The family-owned rental company had a client that needed 20,000 square feet of dark gray, open-bottom EverBase 4 tiles, and a team of just three people were able to lay the entire layout in only two hours. That’s three times faster than any other compatible system on the market. A key reason for this ease, EverBase 4 doesn’t have camlocks — the tiles offer impressive durability and strength, withstanding 514 PSI of pressure, all without the hassle of camlocks that require a half-turn with an Allen wrench. It’s a lot of power with minimal effort!
EverBase 4 was a standout at the moto-culture celebration, providing a strong, reliable surface for the heavy foot traffic beneath the tents. It allowed festivalgoers to comfortably walk, grab drinks, socialize, and continue enjoying the event without worry — and for the festival organizers to not fret as well! “It saves headaches because they don’t have to worry about it and can focus on other things like difficult tents to install,” Mark said. “This will generate meaningful revenue for them going forward.”
